Job Description

The outpatient nursing service supports people in need of care and assistance in their familiar home
environment. We offer our clients a wide range of services: basic and medical care, support services,
and household assistance.

For our new location, we are looking for a motivated nursing professional to help build our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing care for elderly and ill individuals in their homes
• Planning and monitoring the entire nursing process
• Maintaining nursing documentation
• Independently performing nursing and medical tasks
• Contributing to the development and adherence to quality and care standards
• Conducting care consultations according to §37.3

What We Expect
• Completed three-year nursing qualification (m/f/d)
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Respectful interaction with elderly and ill individuals
• Knowledge of the rights of those entrusted to us and commitment to their protection
• Team spirit, reliability, and resilience
• Driver’s license (car)
