ABOUT THE REGION

It is one of Sweden’s best-preserved wooden towns, with architecture and monuments spanning more than four centuries. 

ABOUT THE HOSPITAL

The northern part of the Region really invests in the psychiatry clinic. They have modern psychiatry facilities with reception, consultation and assessment unit, emergency clinic and 24 beds divided in two department. The clinic has outpatient care in different towns. They also cooperate and share resources with the biggest hospital in the county. 

Main responsibilities and expectations 

•The employment is on a small but very well-functioning unit with close cooperation with the rest of the clinic, the emergency department and in and outpatient care. The clinic works with all kinds of psychiatric states.

•You will lead assessment, investigation, medical care and treatment for the unit's patients and interact with other care units. Work with business development with a focus on medical quality control and participate in supervision of residents, assistant doctors and students.

•As a co-worker at the psychiatry clinic, you will be a part of a positive and committed group.

What’s expected of you 

• To be a specialist in psychiatry

•Good social skills, work both in team and independently

•Driver license is required.

Basic Requirements

*To be a specialist doctor/nurse/dentist with at least 2-3 years of experience and graduated from an EU university.

* To be an EU citizen or have an EU Long-term residence permit.

In case you are not an EU citizen:

* Your diploma has to be homologated in one of the EU countries.

* You need to have at least 2-3 years of experience in one of the EU countries after the title homologation.

* Long term residency from an EU country.
