A leading general hospital in the southern Netherlands is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Anaesthesiologist to join its expanding Department of Anaesthesiology. Conditions:

• Salary (First Year): €8,192 to €14,219 gross per month, depending on experience.
• Hours: 45 hours per week (full-time).
• Benefits: The first year includes full coverage for illness or disability.
• Career Opportunity: After one year of successful collaboration, the opportunity to join the cooperative of the Department of Anaesthesiology on a permanent basis. As a cooperative member, your income will significantly increase.

• The department includes 10 Anaesthesiologists in free practice, working across two key locations.
  Location 1: Focuses on high-complexity care, with a Level II trauma center and a Mother and Child center.
  Location 2: Specializes in high-turnover procedures.
