We are looking for nurses who are:

  • Organized and take initiative in their work
  • Active listeners and want to contribute to the workplace development
  • Meeting patients’ needs and enabling patients to get involved in their own care

The Offer:

  • A full-time, permanent position with 38 hours 15 minutes per week working time
  • A basic monthly, full-time salary of a care assistant ( 2 167€/month before taxes & social contributions) prior to reaching your licenced status and when taking part in your apprentice ship training program in Finland. 
  • After receiving your license to practice as a practical/help nurse in Finland, a basic monthly salary starting from 2433,97 €/ month before taxes & social constibutions.
  • Additional compensation for inconvenient working hours (evenings, weekends, nights, holidays, alarm shifts, planned overtime & overtime) and vacation time which are paid on top of the basic monthly salary if and when applicable.
  • Minimum 23 days per year starting after the first full working year acting as basis for calculations. Previous accepted work experience will add vacation days in accordance to experience years.
  • Free Language training before you relocate
  • Education alongside your work for you to be licensed as a practical nurse in Finland after your arrival
  • Induction to your new tasks and responsibilities when you start working

We expect you to:

  • Have a license to practice your profession within the field of nursing as an assistant nurse, and this license to be granted to you by European Union country officials.
  • Have preferably three (3) years of experience practicing your profession after finalizing your studies.
  • Commit to a free-of-charge language training program, and to study a minimum 20 hrs per week in order to reach a B1 level of Finnish language at the end of the training
  • Commit to a free-of-charge apprenticeship program after arrival in Finland, interlinked in with paid working contract in order to receive a Finnish diploma as a practical nurse, giving opportunities to further educate to become as a registered nurse later on.
