On behalf of our clients, we are looking for: Cardiologists (F/M) - Permanent contract - full time - France

The opportunity

• Commonly permanent contratcs, full-time and day-schedule roles in cardiovascular rehabilitation settings.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth medical management of the unit or patient cohort assigned to you.
• Assess admissions in line with clinical needs, safety requirements and the facility’s therapeutic capacities.
• Design and supervise cardiovascular rehabilitation programmes in close coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
• Perform or oversee non-invasive cardiology procedures linked to rehabilitation and follow-up, depending on the site (for example stress ECG, exercise testing/VO2 assessment or echocardiography).
• Guarantee the quality and continuity of care, therapeutic decisions, prescriptions and medical documentation.
• Contribute actively to the facility’s medical project, quality approach and relationships with referring physicians and partner networks.

Conditions and benefits

• Permanent contract, most often full-time and day schedule.
• Indicative salaried package often ranging from approximately €8,500 to €12,500 gross per month, depending on experience, technical scope, rehabilitation expertise and local organisation.

• Stable multidisciplinary environment with potential for leadership or project involvement depending on profile.
• Relocation or settling-in support may be available on certain positions, depending on the client and package retained.

Eligibility criteria

• Medical degree in Cardiology awarded in France or in the European Union.
• Eligibility to practise in France or to enter the French recognition / registration process.
• Previous experience in cardiology; experience in cardiovascular rehabilitation is a strong advantage.
• A university diploma or specific expertise in cardiovascular rehabilitation may be an additional asset on some roles.
• Minimum French level: B1. B2 is strongly preferred for roles requiring greater autonomy and patient interaction.
• Strong organisational skills, clinical judgement and ability to work within a multidisciplinary framework.
