ABOUT THE HOSPITAL

The child and adolescent psychiatry clinic provides care and treatment to children and young people, mainly aged 6-18, with diagnoses such as depression, various anxiety syndromes, ADHD, autism combined with psychiatric co-morbidity, bipolar disorder, etc.

Main responsibilities and expectations

• As a child psychiatrist, you will work with two experienced senior physicians, several other professionals such as nurses, sociologists and psychologists.

• The hospital carries out assessments, investigations, and planned and acute treatment work.

• The department is small, with around 20 employees. You will work with experienced senior physicians on-site and collea-gues across the county. There is an excellent spirit of collaboration. Everyone helps each other.

What’s expected of you

• To be a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry,.

• To have a driving license is not essential but desirable.

• It is desirable to have psychotherapy training.

• To have at least three years as a specialist.

• To be able to work independently.

• To have self-motivation and curiosity as personal qualities.
