Direct Support Worker (HCA) – Face-to-Face Interviews in Lisbon this July 2025

We are currently hiring Direct Support Workers (HCAs) for full-time, permanent positions in Dublin, Meath, Louth, Cavan, Kildare, and Wicklow, Ireland.

Face-to-Face Interviews will be held in Lisbon, Portugal on the 28th & 29th of July 2025.

What’s on Offer:
Competitive hourly pay: €14.50–€16.50
84 hours per fortnight using a predictable roster (3x12hr one week, 4x12hr the next)
4 weeks annual leave
Permanent contract offered immediately (with 2, 4, and 6-month probation checkpoints)

Requirements:
Level 5 qualification in a relevant field
Previous experience in a care setting, especially intellectual disability or rehabilitation
Manual driver’s license
EU or UK passport holders only
