Job Overview
A hospital near Amsterdam is hiring General Nurses to join its multidisciplinary medical team. This opportunity is ideal for EU-trained nurses seeking professional growth in a well-regarded European healthcare system, with full support for relocation, integration, and Dutch language learning.

 
Requirements

• Nursing diploma obtained in an EU country
• EU nationality
• At least 1 year of hospital experience in internal medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, or neurology
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Motivation to learn Dutch (minimum B1 level required before starting work)

Employment Conditions

• Gross monthly salary: €3,125 – €4,015 (based on experience and 36-hour week)
•  Holiday allowance: 8.33% of annual gross salary (≈ one extra month's pay)
•  End-of-year bonus: 8.33% of annual gross salary (≈ one extra month's pay)
•  Transportation allowance for home–work–home commuting
   

Relocation & Integration Support

•  Assistance with finding fully furnished housing, ready upon arrival
•  Support in both work and private life via a personal coach
• Guidance through all aspects of settling in the Netherlands

Dutch Language Training Program

• Total duration: 17 weeks: 11 weeks online and 6 weeks in the Netherlands (in-person intensive course)
• All costs covered, including accommodation, course materials, and books
• Allowances provided for personal expenses (online phase) and food (in-person phase)
• Optional additional workshops before starting the job
