The Doctors Lower Hutt (50 minutes from Wellington City) are looking for an experienced NZ based GP to join our friendly and supportive team.  As an experienced GP ideally you will be vocationally registered or working toward this. This position will ideally suit a GP who is looking for a new challenge, understands the pressures of primary care and wants an opportunity to upskill and bring their ideas to the table. We work with a practice enrolment model, with no individual patient loads and additional inbox and repeat prescription support. Our practice has a great team culture and our GPs work closely with a team of experienced health professionals.  You will be working with a team of skilled nurses and GP colleagues and an experienced administration team, supported by a dedicated Practice Manager. 

Salary range between $228,800.00 and $312,000.00 NZD depending on qualifications and experience

About the position and you:

You will bring to the role:

- Sound clinical and service skills enabling you to fully utilize your experience
- Great communication skills
- Ability to provide healthcare to a full range of people in our community
- Hold a General Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
- Be legally eligible to work in New Zealand
- This is a permanent position with negotiable sessions, preferably 8 sessions per week.
