• Geriatrics and want to work in our mobile team and be based at our middle sized Hospital.

The team offers specialist care to patients with complex care needs in a home environment.
The care is individualized and need-driven and as a doctor in the team, the doctor is responsible for creating, updating and communicating care plans to the patient and care neighbors. The current level of care, patient and family conversations are important cornerstones.

A mobile working method requires flexibility and that you have good communication skills and are used to working with other professions.
