ABOUT THE HOSPITAL
The women’s clinic has an outpatient ward, delivery room and maternity ward as well as a gynaecological clinic. The clinic also has outpatient clinics in several towns close to the county. The objective of the clinic is to offer women and their partners the best possible care during pregnancy, childbirth and gynaecological disease as well as promote sexual health. They have a gynaecological emergency clinic with deliveries open 24/7. Every year, approximately 1250 children are born in the town. The hospital is a modern emergency hospital and one of the largest county hospitals in Sweden. The county council is the region’s biggest employer with 10 000 employees within approximately 100 different professions. Höglandssjukhuset has approximately 1600 employees, and the catchment area has 115000 inhabitants.

Basic Requirements
*To be a specialist doctor/nurse/dentist with at least 2-3 years of experience and graduated from an EU university.
* To be an EU citizen or have an EU Long-term residence permit.
In case you are not an EU citizen:
* Your diploma has to be homologated in one of the EU countries.
* You need to have at least 2-3 years of experience in one of the EU countries after the title homologation.
* Long term residency from an EU country.
