Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Permanent Position in Ireland from Spain

Location: Dublin, Ireland
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Starting from €14.79 per hour
Working Hours: 78 hours per fortnight
Annual Leave: Up to 4 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred care to residents while maintaining dignity and comfort.
Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
Support residents with end-of-life care and emotional wellbeing.
Escort or transfer residents as directed by nursing staff.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 18 months in a caring or healthcare-related role.
Qualifications: Healthcare certification (e.g., Nurse Assistant, Physical Therapy, or equivalent).
Language: Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Legal Working Rights: Applicants must have the legal right to work in Ireland (e.g., EU/EEA citizenship or valid work authorisation).
Personal Qualities: Empathetic, reliable, professional, and committed to excellent care.
