Job Description

FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting qualified and experienced healthcare professionals for a range of permanent opportunities with leading healthcare providers throughout Ireland.
We have opportunities available across various healthcare disciplines, including homecare, residential care, nursing homes and community-based care services.

Key Responsibilities
•    Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in homecare, residential and          community settings.
•    Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility and daily routines.
•    Supporting individuals to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
•    Delivering care in accordance with individual care plans and organisational policies.
•    Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, healthcare professionals and families.
•    Maintaining accurate care records, reports and documentation.
•    Supporting individuals with community activities, appointments and daily living needs.
•    Promoting a safe, supportive and professional care environment.

Candidate Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
•    Hold a recognised healthcare qualification relevant to the position applied for. (For Healthcare                  Assistants and Home Support roles, qualifications should be equivalent to or higher than the Irish            QQI Level 5 Major Award in a relevant healthcare discipline).
•    Minimum 2 years' relevant professional experience in healthcare, homecare, residential care, nursing ,     homes, hospitals, rehabilitation or community care settings.
•    Very good to fluent English, both spoken and written.
•    Full driving licence with a minimum of 2 years' driving experience for roles requiring driving.
•    Willingness to relocate to Ireland.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
•    A caring, compassionate and professional approach to delivering care.
