Medics Motions, specialist in international mobility for healthcare professionals, is recruiting on behalf of a well-established private multidisciplinary hospital located in Tremblay-en-France (Greater Paris area).

As part of the development of its Intensive Care Unit, our client is looking for an Intensivist / Critical Care Physician (M/F) to join the team as a private practitioner.

 

The opportunity

This leading private hospital, founded in 1967 and part of one of the largest private healthcare networks in France and Europe since 2006, offers:

  • a 160-bed facility located in the Paris metropolitan area, a team of around 50 practitioners and 315 employees
  • modern technical facilities and a dedicated cancer centre, a wide range of medical and surgical activities
  • active support from the existing medical team for the recruitment of new practitioners
  • direct contact possible with the President of the Medical Committee (CME) for candidates
    interested in joining the project
  • the highest level of certification from the Haute Autorité de Santé following its November 2024 audit.
  • main activities of the hospital : surgery (digestive, urological, breast, orthopaedic, gynaecological), gastroenterology, general medicine, oncology (including dedicated palliative care beds, chemotherapy, 24/7 emergency department, critical care department

 

Terms and conditions

  • private practice with guaranteed income during the first year
  • guaranteed fees of up to €20,000 gross
  • 5% royalty (excl. VAT), with exemption for the first 6 months (review clause possible)
  • comprehensive support with installation as a private practitioner:Medical Council
  • registration, tax simulation, administrative procedures linked to private practice setup

Profile required

  • EU medical degree in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care / Intensive Care Medicine
    degree eligible for automatic recognition in France under EU directives
  • previous experience in intensive care / critical care
  • minimum French level: B1 (a higher level of French may be expected depending on the level of autonomy and the pace of activity within the department)
  • willingness to join a long-term medical project in France
  • motivation to work in a collaborative and high-standard clinical environment
