You must hold a specialist title in Internal Medicine issued or recognized within the European Union.
You should have strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.

You are expected to be a flexible, constructive, and positive colleague.
You must be able to complete the intensive Swedish language course included in the MediCarrera program.
You should be committed to providing individualized, patient-centered care and to working according to the hospital’s vision: to create a hospital where they themselves would want to be patients.

Role and duties
As a specialist in Internal Medicine, you will work with both acute and planned internal medicine cases within a modern, flow-oriented emergency hospital.
Your role includes managing a broad range of internal medicine conditions in both inpatient and outpatient care.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues from other specialties to ensure person-centered, evidence-based, efficient, and equitable care.
You will contribute to the hospital’s goal of providing care based on the individual patient’s needs and supporting smooth, patient-focused workflows.
You are expected to take part in the department’s continuous development and skills enhancement work.
You will be part of a team that shares knowledge, experience, and clear strategies to help new colleagues integrate effectively into Swedish healthcare.
