Your Path to Success: The 5 Steps

Step 1: Preparation
Dentistry is a highly regarded profession in the Netherlands, but fluency in Dutch is essential. To ensure you’re ready for this exciting move, we begin with an online intake interview. If all goes well, your Dutch adventure officially begins!

Step 2: Learning the Language
Language is the key to connecting with patients and colleagues, that’s why we offer flexible online Dutch language training. You'll also receive a monthly allowance of €1000 to focus on your studies without financial worries. Our intensive training ensures you’ll master Dutch quickly and confidently.

Step 3: Setting Up for Success
Once you’ve made progress with the language, we’ll start matching you with the right dental practice.

Upon arriving in the Netherlands, we’ll also provide:

• Help with finding housing
• Full assistance with administrative and legal formalities

Step 4: Launch Your Career
Within two months of your arrival, you’ll be employed at a clinic that aligns with your professional goals. You’ll also benefit from the 30% expat ruling, enabling you to earn up to 30% of your salary tax-free. Starting salaries range from €4000 to €6000 per month.

Step 5: Independence and Growth
As you settle into your new role, you’ll gain financial stability and a sense of belonging. From here, the opportunities are endless: explore new adventures, embrace Dutch culture, and enjoy the warmth of the Orange Chapter community.

Your Profile

• EU-recognized dentistry diploma
• Prior experience as a dentist is advantageous but not mandatory
• A commitment to a long-term career in the Netherlands
• EU citizenship

Employment Terms

• A minimum two-year contract with a leading dental clinic
• Optional mentorship and supervision
• Full-time employment with exponential career growth
• Starting salary: €4000–€6000 per month

After two years, choose to become self-employed, continue at the clinic, or explore new opportunities with our support.
