About the hospital
The hospital features a modern mammography department that provides high-quality breast diagnostics, supported by a multidisciplinary team of dedicated professionals. The department performs more than 25,000 examinations annually, including screening mammograms and clinical assessments, in a work environment characterized by collaboration and mutual support. The hospital encourages professional growth, offering extensive opportunities for training and continuous development in the medical specialty.

Responsibilities

  • Perform breast diagnostic exams using advanced techniques such as tomosynthesis, ultrasound, and various biopsy types (including tomosynthesis-guided vacuum biopsies).
  • Perform preoperative tumor localization.
  • Participate in or lead multidisciplinary meetings.
  • Supervise resident doctors.
  • Work closely with the team in the breast care process.
  • Implement and participate in breast MRI diagnostics.

Requirements

  • Degree as a Breast Radiologist and specialty in radiology recognized in the European Union.
  • Experience in breast imaging diagnostics.
  • Willingness to complete the intensive Swedish language course, which is part of Medicarerra's program.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
