Location: Nouvelle Aquitaine

Our client is a multidisciplinary primary care health centre established in 2011, comprising 10 consultation rooms, a meeting room with a kitchenette, waiting rooms, fibre-optic broadband, air conditioning, access for people with mobility issues and a car park. The centre is staffed by a GP, a psychologist, nurses, a dentist, a physiotherapist, an osteopath, a podiatrist and a nutritionist, and it serves a population of around 4,500 patients, situated in a medieval village of 1,500 inhabitants, known for its exceptional quality of life, set within a unique historic heritage environment, renowned for its cuisine, unspoilt natural surroundings and vibrant community life, whilst offering all the necessary amenities for daily life.

Proposed Terms:
•    Income proportional to workload (number of consultations) – Strong earning potential: €200,000 gross per annum
•    €10,000 bonus for setting up practice in an underserved area
•    Full tax exemption for the first 5 years of practice and partial exemption in subsequent years (6th year: exemption on 75 per cent of net income; 7th year: 50 per cent; 8th year: 25 per cent)
•    Accommodation provided FREE OF CHARGE by the local council for 1 year
•    Exemption from paying rent for the cabinet for 1 year (€440 per month thereafter)
•    Administrative support provided by the local council
•    Financial assistance towards the purchase of equipment and supplies for the surgery
•    Personalised support with the professional’s integration (assistance with the spouse’s professional integration, help with the formalities for children’s schooling, etc.)
•    Language training from level A1 to level B2, with FREE online lessons
•    Support throughout the entire registration process with the French Medical Council

Application Requirements:
Degree in Medicine and Specialisation in Family Médicine completed in the EU
EU nationality
Solid knowledge of French (B2 level achieved or currently being studied) – or willingness to undertake FREE training provided by our agency
