LOCATION: Department of Loiret

In the heart of the Centre region, located 1h30 from Paris and 45 minutes from Orléans, this place offers dynamism and a pleasant living environment with a very interesting standard of living.

COMPANY:

This center focuses on neurological pathologies, traumatology and the fitting of amputations of the lower limb. This private non-profit institution, firmly established in its territory, is composed of about 100 beds and places. External consultations are also carried out by MPR Doctors.

The center has a recent and efficient 1990 m² technical platform allowing it to carry out various evaluations and tests. In addition, a new balneotherapy and numerous projects modernizing management techniques have been created. The structure is also one of the few establishments in France with a laboratory for market (AQM).

POSITION:

The Chief Medical Officer (f/h) is responsible for the medical treatment of all patients in his department. Its mission is to ensure the health and safety of its service, as well as the quality of medical care. He actively participates in the medical reflection of the structure in connection with the associative project. It promotes transdisciplinarity in order to obtain the best level of service to patients.

Your main missions will be to:

- Organize the medical reception of patients 

- Ensure the medical follow-up and inform the patient and his relatives 

- Coordinate and supervise the multidisciplinary team 

- Set up the therapeutic project

- Participate in the quality process, risk management with the relevant bodies

- Develop external consultations

- Administrative management

- Establish and monitor budgets

- Participation in the structure project and institutional arrangements

Working conditions:

- FEHAP collective agreement (resumption of service and additional remuneration).

- Establishment is HAS certified, without reservation or recommendation

- The position is to be filled on a full-time, permanent basis.

- Organization of working time: 18 RTT/year

Compensation: 7000 net (negotiable on experience basis)
