Job Opportunity: Pediatric Dentist (Pedodontist)

We are looking for a pediatric dentist who wants to make a real difference in children’s oral health. In this role, you will treat young patients referred for specialized care and contribute to providing high-quality, child-friendly dentistry. Working alongside an experienced support team, you ensure every child feels safe, comfortable, and understood throughout their treatment journey.

You approach patients with empathy, reassure parents, and take the time to answer questions and address concerns. You make thoughtful decisions in complex situations, always keeping the child’s best interest at heart. By setting a strong example, you also inspire the next generation of pediatric dentists, showing how quality care and compassion go hand in hand. We view general anesthesia as a last resort, and you will play an important role in guiding families toward solutions that minimize the need for it.

What we’re looking for:

EU Licensed pediatric dentist with the necessary certifications.
Excellent command of the Dutch language (spoken and written).
Proven experience working with children in a dental setting.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Passionate about pediatric dentistry and committed to delivering the best care in the Netherlands.
Decisive, empathetic, and effective communicator with parents and referring practitioners.
Team player with the ability to collaborate and delegate effectively.
