Our client is a leading healthcare group dedicated to personalized care for vulnerable individuals, supported by a multidisciplinary workforce of over 83,500 professionals. 

The group operates across retirement homes, rehabilitation and mental health clinics, and home care services, delivering tailored care pathways from prevention to rehabilitation. Its approach combines medical, psychological, and social support to ensure individualized and compassionate care for every patient. 

The position is at a Medical Care and Rehabilitation Clinic in the Hauts de Seine area (Paris’ doorstep) with easy access to public transportation), providing full-time hospitalization in general and specialized post-acute rehabilitation.

Capacity: 131 patients across 5 floors, including geriatric, hemato-oncology, and EVC services.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Coordinating Physician, key responsibilities include:

• Providing ongoing medical care and maintaining comprehensive medical and nursing records.
• Reviewing and advising on admissions to ensure clinical compatibility with therapeutic capacities and the medical project.
• Supporting patients and families at admission within your scope of practice.
• Ensuring effective multidisciplinary coordination among healthcare professionals.
• Enforcing best practices; establishing procedures and protocols, including for patient follow-up and emergencies.
• Identifying potential public health risks within the clinic and implementing prevention, monitoring, and management measures.
• Promoting the clinic’s medical project to referring partners.
• Contributing to quality, certification, ethics, and professional conduct initiatives.
• Participating in quality evaluations and audits, including professional practice assessments and risk management.

Qualifications, pay & benefits

• General practitioners with a degree awarded in France or the European Union
• Specialists with a degree awarded in France or the European Union
• B2 level of French (CEFR)
