Our client is a leading healthcare group dedicated to personalized care for vulnerable individuals, supported by a multidisciplinary workforce of over 83,500 professionals. 

The group operates across retirement homes, rehabilitation and mental health clinics, and home care services, delivering tailored care pathways from prevention to rehabilitation. Its approach combines medical, psychological, and social support to ensure individualized and compassionate care for every patient. 

The position is at a brand-new, purpose-built Medical Care and Rehabilitation facility featuring innovative equipment and a strong focus on patient-centered care. 

It offers a 200-bed full-time hospitalization unit for post-acute medical and surgical recovery, alongside a 30-place day hospital specializing in locomotor and nervous system disorders, as well as geriatric care for polypathological patients. Our modern infrastructure is specifically designed to provide tailored rehabilitation aimed at a safe return to home or institutional care. 

Role Summary

Under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive care for patients requiring rehabilitation services (establishing therapeutic diagnoses, setting goals, and implementing treatment programs).
• Maintaining and enhancing patients' functional abilities.
• Managing relationships with patients and their families, while maintaining close communication with the medical team.
• Conducting specialized clinical assessments (including patient interviews, examinations, data collection, synthesis, and reporting).
• Designing and developing individualized care projects and treatment plans.
• Contributing to the facility's overall project, including active participation in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications, pay & benefits

• Holder a state-recognised qualification as a massage therapist and physiotherapist
• Degree awarded in France or the European Union
• B2 level of French (CEFR)
