As a dynamic recruitment company with roots in Porto, Portugal, and offices in Munich and Hamburg, we’ve been successfully helping Portuguese nursing professionals relocate to Germany for over 10 years. At VENTIMIGUIS, we understand the healthcare industry inside out and support you every step of the way. 

We seek highly motivated and committed Portuguese nurses for our unique recruitment program who are looking for long-term employment in Germany. Our partner-hospitals include both private and public hospitals throughout Germany, with state-of-the-art technology and facilities. 

If you’re chosen for our program, you’ll receive a scholarship to learn German up to the telc-B2 certificate level. The 8-month language course is provided at our in-house language school. Once you’ve reached A2 language proficiency, your interview with your future employer will take place. You can relocate to Germany as soon as you’ve successfully obtained the B1-telc language certificate. 

In the meantime, we’ll guide you through the process of getting your professional qualification recognized in Germany. We’ll hold regular online meetings to answer your questions, support you during the first days of onboarding, and assist you until your qualification is fully recognized in Germany.

What You Bring to the Table: 

* A nursing degree completed in Portugal. 
* Portuguese nationality. 
* At least A2-level German skills. If you don’t meet this requirement yet, you can join our next German      course starting in October. 
* A strong desire to learn German, a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and social skills.
