The hospital’s neurology clinic offers a diverse and stimulating environment, focusing on a wide range of neurological diagnoses in outpatient and consultative care. With a strong multidisciplinary team, including specialists, residents, nurses, and neuropsychologists, the clinic fosters collaboration and professional growth, allowing neurologists to focus on specialized patient care while benefiting from the expertise of a neuro-rehabilitation team.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient consultations and provide daytime neurology consultative services.
• Supervise junior doctors, with a focus on mentorship and development.
• Administer treatments at the day care service, including infusion therapies and botulinum toxin injections for conditions like dystonias and chronic migraines.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as follow-up assessments, evaluation of regional referrals, and certificate documentation.
• Collaborate closely with other professionals, including a neuro-rehabilitation team of therapists, dietitians, and counselors.
• Facilitate virtual patient appointments through "Min vård" for remote care options.

Requirements

• Solution-oriented, responsible, and flexible, with strong teamwork skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a neurology setting.
• Experience in outpatient/clinic services and general neurology is highly valued.
• Basic knowledge of internal medicine is desirable.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and proactively manage patient care.

Salary and Conditions

• Working hours: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break and flex time (2 hours before/after shift).
• No weekend or public holiday shifts; no on-call duties.
• Compensation:  Neurology specialist: minimum 72,600 SEK. Senior physician: salary based on individual negotiation
