Description

Full specialist responsibility in adult psychiatry (assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up) in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
Management of planned and acute psychiatric cases, including on-call duties.
Clinical work with moderate to severe psychiatric conditions (e.g., affective disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, eating disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, neuropsychiatric disorders, acute crises).
Collaboration within a highly qualified interprofessional team, in both team-based and profession-specific settings.
Active involvement in improving clinical routines, care pathways, and quality initiatives, with influence on clinical practice.
A stimulating environment with strong opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

Specialist in adult psychiatry.
High clinical competence and broad professional expertise.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively
within a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different clinical environments
and responsibilities.
Professional and patient-centred approach to psychiatric care.
