ABOUT THE HOSPITAL

The university hospital is one of the country's leading university hospitals that provides everything from county healthcare to national highly specialised care. 

Main responsibilities and expectations 

•The university clinics at the university hospital aim to offer their patients investigation and treatment as well as development work, education and research in cooperation with the academy.

•The psychiatry clinic is looking for psychiatrists who want to become specialists in several psychiatric diagnoses as it is a highly specialized university hospital. They are very research-oriented and welcome doctors who wish to contribute with research to future knowledge within these areas. But during the first year, the focus will be on improving the language and learning the routines at the Hospital.

•All positions are for outpatient care. This gives a big chance to affect and improve the quality of life for the patient with treatment together with a team of psychologists, nurses, curators, and doctor students.

Following positions are offered by the Hospital:

• Psychiatrists to the affective clinic: Anxiety, depression, eating disorders and bipolar disorders. 

• Psychiatrists to the neuropsychiatric clinic: ADHD / autism spectrum.

• Psychiatrists to the clinic for personality disorders: OCD, borderline, paranoia, narcissistic and histrionic personalities.

Basic Requirements

*To be a specialist doctor/nurse/dentist with at least 2-3 years of experience and graduated from an EU university.

* To be an EU citizen or have an EU Long-term residence permit.

In case you are not an EU citizen:

* Your diploma has to be homologated in one of the EU countries.

* You need to have at least 2-3 years of experience in one of the EU countries after the title homologation.

* Long term residency from an EU country.
