POSITION:

The specialist in Pneumology will provid care in a unit of 25 beds as part of the current pneumology, he will carry out Polysomnography with interpretation of graphs of sleep apnea.

Your Mission:

- Manage tracheotomized patients, respiratory insufficiencies

- Manage COPD Therapeutic Education

- Perform activity and diagnostic monitoring of respiratory sleep disorders

- Ensure the management and monitoring of smoking cessation

- Develop a care project and prescribe appropriate therapies, reassess them according to their effectiveness

-Communicate with the patient/family about their care project and implementation

-Validate the admissions of patients in commission in view of the compatibility of their state of health with the therapeutic capacities and the medical project of the center of the institution

- Medical record kept to ensure continuity of care and traceability (observation, staff, follow-up, HRC)

-Ensure PMSI coding

-Participate in the quality and certification approach to quality assessments and audits

-Contribute to the medical and representative bodies of the establishment, participate in the development of the medical project of the centre of the establishment
