On behalf of our clients, we are looking for: Registered Nurses (F/M) for permanent positions in France within healthcare and medico-social facilities offering stable working conditions and long-term perspectives.

The opportunity

• Permanent contract, usually full-time
• Opportunities in clinics, rehabilitation facilities, elderly care facilities or other structured care environments

• Structured nursing organisation with multidisciplinary collaboration and close coordination with physicians and care managers.
• Patient-centred or resident-centred care approach with quality and safety procedures.

Main responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed nursing care and monitor patients’ or residents’ clinical condition
• Ensure traceability, continuity and safety of care
• Participate in individualised care plans and communicate with families where appropriate.
• Contribute to quality and risk-management processes within the facility.

Conditions and benefits

• Indicative remuneration: generally from around €2,800 gross/month, often with seniority recognition, Ségur-related components, and additional supplements for Sundays or public holidays depending on the employer
• Possible benefits depending on the facility: 13th-month-related scheme, profit-sharing, employee benefits, health insurance, pension scheme and training support
• Work schedules and team organisation vary according to the establishment and care unit

Eligibility criteria

• Recognised nursing qualification obtained in France or in the European Union
• Eligibility to practise in France
• Minimum French level: B1 (higher level may be required depending on the service)
