Senior Social Care Worker (For Ireland)

Are you an experienced Social Care Worker looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking passionate and skilled professionals to join our team as Senior Social Care Workers, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team in delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
Implement and oversee individualized care plans and interventions.
Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of service users.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and key stakeholders.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and supervision to Social Care Workers.
Participate in training, quality assurance, and continuous professional development.
What We Offer:

Salary: €40,000 per year.
Work Schedule: 84 hours per fortnight (3x12-hour shifts in week 1, 4x12-hour shifts in week 2).
Annual Leave: 4 working weeks per year.

Requirements:

Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, or a related field.
Significant experience in a residential, respite, or day service setting.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
Knowledge of person-centered planning and quality assurance practices.
Locations:

Dublin, Meath, Louth, Cavan, Kildare, Wicklow.
