Social Care Worker for Ireland

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking dedicated Social Care Workers to join a dynamic team, providing support to young individuals aged 7 to 18 who require care in a residential setting.

Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate on assessments and behaviour management plans.
Facilitate educational and developmental activities.
Provide essential care and document progress.
Work closely with supervisors, professionals, and referral agents.
Ensure the safety and well-being of young people.
Participate in ongoing training and career development.
What We Offer:

Salary: €36,000 - €38,968 per year (including overnight rates).
Work Schedule: 48 hours per week with flexible shift patterns (3x 16-hour days or 2x 24-hour shifts).
Annual Leave: 31 days (287 hours per year).

Requirements:

Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related field.
Full, clean manual driving license valid in Ireland.
