Medicarrera offers a position for a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics in a a public hospital located in southern Sweden. The clinic provides a broad range of services, including general gynecology, infertility, urogynecology, dysplasia, oncology, ultrasound, women's health, youth clinics, obstetrics, and specialized maternity care.

Main Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Care: Provide comprehensive medical care in gynecology and obstetrics, including consultations, deliveries, and postnatal care.
- Areas of Specialty: Work in various areas such as general gynecology, infertility, urogynecology, dysplasia, oncology, ultrasound, women's health, and youth clinics.
- Development and Improvement: Develop and participate in the enhancement of work areas and processes within the clinic.
- Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with other clinics in the region.
- Supervision: Supervise colleagues, medical students, and visiting district physicians.
- On-Call Duties: The position includes on-call duties, with one doctor on call at the hospital and a senior physician on standby at home during evenings, nights, and weekends.
Requirements:
- Specialist title in gynecology and obstetrics issued or recognized by the European Union.
- Expertise in the entire field of gynecology and obstetrics.
- Valid driver's license.
- Interest in teamwork and willingness to contribute to the clinic’s development.
- Ability to make accurate assessments and priorities in stressful situations.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and ability to plan and structure work.
- Willingness to complete the intensive Swedish language course as part of the MediCarrera program.
