Job Description

Li-reco is recruiting a Specialist or Senior Consultant in Anesthesiology for a highly specialized cardiothoracic unit in a beautiful coastal city in southern Sweden.

The position is suitable both for anesthesiologists with previous experience in cardiothoracic anesthesia and for experienced specialists who would like to develop further within this field.

The position
You will work in a multidisciplinary team providing highly specialized cardiac and thoracic care.

Your work will include:

• Cardiothoracic anesthesia
• Thoracic intensive care
• Anesthesia in the operating theatre
• Participation in the on-call service
• Close collaboration with cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiologists and other specialists

Previous cardiothoracic anesthesia experience is an advantage but not an absolute requirement.

We are looking for
A board-certified Specialist in Anesthesiology with a medical qualification from the EU/EEA or Switzerland. Experience in cardiothoracic anesthesia, intensive care and on-call work is an advantage.

Employment as Specialist Physician or Senior Consultant depends on qualifications and experience.

Employment & benefits
Permanent employment with individual salary setting.

Additional compensation is paid for on-call duties. The position includes approximately 10 on-call shifts per month.
