We support healthcare professionals throughout the entire preparation process for working in the Netherlands, from language learning and professional registration to accommodation and adapting to a new working environment.

We are recruiting nurses to join healthcare institutions in the Netherlands.

Our most recent placements have been in locations such as Den Helder, Alkmaar, Haarlem and Hoorn. Your location will be determined based on the available opportunities at the time of placement, so we cannot guarantee a specific location in advance.

This is an opportunity to develop your clinical practice in an international environment, with preparation before departure and ongoing support throughout your integration.

What we offer

• Initial annual salary package starting from €40,954, including accommodation support
• Free intensive Dutch language course, from A1 to B1 level, with a €1,000 training allowance
• Flight to the Netherlands and airport transfer
• Support in finding accommodation
• Support with the costs of the B1 exam and professional registration fees
• Year-end bonus (13th month), holiday allowance and additional payments for irregular working hours
• 30 days of annual leave

Your role

• Assess patients’ needs and contribute to the development and updating of individualised care plans
• Provide nursing care appropriate to each patient’s clinical condition and level of independence
• Prepare and administer medication in accordance with prescriptions and the institution’s protocols
• Monitor patients’ progress, identify changes in their condition and coordinate the appropriate response with the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate nursing records and ensure continuity of care
• Promote patients’ independence, comfort and quality of life
• Communicate with patients and their families, contributing to compassionate, person-centred care

The profile we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, completed or currently being completed
• Availability to attend an intensive Dutch language course
• Flexibility regarding your placement location in the Netherlands
• Right to live and work in the Netherlands, as visa sponsorship is not provided
