What will you be doing?

You are there for people who are temporarily unable to do everything themselves. Whether it's elderly people, people with disabilities or hospital patients, you make their day better. Your tasks are varied and meaningful:

- Personal care: Help with washing, dressing and eating – with respect for everyone's dignity.

- Practical support: Assist with getting up, going to bed or daily activities.

- Medical tasks: Administer medication, treat wounds and monitor clients' health.

- Social contact: You are not only a carer, but also a conversation partner, motivator and confidant.

What do you bring to the table?

Whether you have just graduated or have years of experience: if you are committed, patient and ready to make a difference, then we are looking for you! In these times of labour market shortages, motivated starters are just as welcome as experienced professionals.

- A warm heart: Caring and empathy are second nature to you.

- Patience and flexibility: Every day is different, and you switch smoothly between tasks and emotions.

-  Eye for detail: Accuracy is essential, whether it concerns medication or personal wishes.

- Communication skills: You listen, understand and know how to put people at ease.

- Stress resistance: You remain calm and professional even in busy moments.

- A completed education (level 3, comparable to healthcare assistant)

- Language level B2 (English).
