The tasks of primary health care are developing and changing. We face an exciting future in which there needs to be a greater focus on accessible care, smart digital solutions, and care that is close to patients. We offer patients examinations, treatment, observation and rehabilitation to varying degrees, depending on the disease and symptoms. Our health centers provide care at various levels and at every stage of life.

Health centers in northern Värmland carry out their tasks in less populated areas. This means that we primarily see people who need assessment, examination and/or emergency intervention. Our work thus becomes more demanding, but also more interesting, more developing and satisfying. With us you can make full use of your unique skills and medical experience!

SALARY

Employment contract and full-time employment after the introductory period. The starting salary for a family medicine specialist, immediately after completing the specialization training, is SEK 80,000 gross/month (approx. SEK 51,000 net; converted to approx. EUR 4,300 net).

The salaries are established individually, according to regional policies and doctor’s experience and education. The contract is a full-time contract with full contributions, insurance paid by the employer. Employment with the public sector gives additional retirement plans with benefits for the family. Annual evaluation with salary change.
