Medics Motions, expert in international mobility for healthcare professionals, is recruiting on behalf of its client, a renowned multidisciplinary private healthcare facility located in France, Tremblay-en-France (93).

With a supportive and dedicated team, the facility offers an excellent working environment. As part of the expansion of its Intensive Care Unit (ICU), our client is looking for an Intensivist / Critical Care Physician (M/F), private practitioner.

The healthcare facility: 

Founded in 1967, our client is a leading private hospital that joined one of the largest private hospital networks in France and Europe in 2006. With a capacity of 160 beds, the facility is located in the Paris metropolitan area. The hospital brings together 50 practitioners and nearly 315 employees, providing a wide range of medical and surgical services in modern facilities equipped with advanced technology and a dedicated cancer centre.

The hospital was awarded the highest level of certification by the Haute Autorité de Santé (French National Health Authority) following an audit in November 2024.

The hospital’s practitioners actively support recruitment efforts, and the President of the CME is available to candidates interested in joining the team and contributing to the development of the department’s medical project.

Activities of the establishment:

• Digestive surgery
• Urological surgery
• Breast surgery
• Orthopaedic surgery (lower and upper limb)
• Gynaecological surgery
• Gastroenterology
• General medicine
• Oncology with dedicated palliative care beds
• Chemotherapy
• 24/7 Emergency department

Critical care paramedical team:

• 10 intensive care beds + 5 high-dependency beds (with potential to expand by 5 additional ICU beds)
• 1 manager dedicated to the department
• 1 full night-shift team
• 1 nearly complete day-shift team (3 full-time positions currently being recruited)
• A pool of loyal temporary staff who have been supporting the department for several years

Job terms and conditions:

• Guaranteed income during the first year
• Guaranteed fee amount: up to €20,000 gross
• Royalty: 5% (excl. VAT) – exemption for the first 6 months (review clause possible)
• Comprehensive support for setting up as a private practitioner (administrative procedures with the Medical Council, CPAM, URSSAF, tax simulation, etc.)

Candidate Profile:

- EU medical degree in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care / Intensive Care Medicine, eligible for automatic recognition under EU directives
- Previous experience in intensive care strongly valued
- Motivation to work in a collaborative and high-standard clinical environment
