Job Opportunity for Pharmacists in Sweden – Free Intensive Swedish Course Included

Would you like to advance your career as a pharmacist in Sweden? We are looking for five pharmacists to join various pharmacies across the country:

• Three pharmacists for the e-Pharmacy in Eskilstuna
• One pharmacist in Charlottenberg, Värmland
• One pharmacist in Varberg Hospital, in the Halland region

What’s offered:

• A free intensive Swedish language course, divided into two stages:

Stage 1: A1–A2 level, part-time (29 September 2025 – 29 January 2026)
Stage 2: B1–C1 level, full-time (2 February – 5 June 2026)

• Start of employment: 15 June 2026

Salary and Conditions:
Working hours fall within the e-commerce pharmacy's extended operating times:

• Weekdays: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Sundays: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Closed on Saturdays
• These extended hours allow for flexible scheduling, which will be arranged based on your preferences and discussed individually.

Salary levels for 2025:

• Pharmacy Assistant (introductory): SEK 32,000 (~€2,860) per month
• Newly graduated Pharmacists (introductory): SEK 36,000 (~€3,215) per month
• Pharmacists with 9+ months of experience: SEK 37,000–39,000 (~€3,305 – €3,480) per month, depending on individual performance

Requirements:

• University degree in Pharmacy issued or recognized by the European Union
• Conversational level of English
• Willingness and commitment to learn Swedish
   

Main responsibilities:

• Independently assess and process incoming medication orders
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a functional and efficient work environment
• Apply your pharmaceutical knowledge with confidence and responsibility
• Identify and solve challenges proactively with a solution-oriented mindset
• Work independently with initiative and clear goal orientation
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks through a structured and detail-focused approach
