Medics Motions, expert in international mobility for healthcare professionals, is recruiting on behalf of its client, a renowned multidisciplinary healthcare facility located in France, Gleizé (69).

As part of its team expansion, our client is looking for a Pulmonologist (M/F), full-time permanent contract (open to a fixed-term contract or part-time work).

The establishment offers a complete range of care provided by a dedicated multidisciplinary team. Medical care, rehabilitation, end-of-life support, psychosocial support... each care pathway is designed to meet the needs of patients, particularly the elderly or those losing their independence, in a humane, caring and enriching environment.

The facility is located in France, city of Gleizé in the Rhône department, less than 40 minutes from Lyon. Easy to access, the town combines quality of life, a peaceful environment and proximity to major urban centres. It is an ideal place to combine professional ambitions with personal balance.

As part of a team of three respiratory specialists and intensive care physicians, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing care to hospitalised patients
• Participating in respiratory rehabilitation activities for patients and residents (stress tests, patient education, interdisciplinary care, etc.)
• Contributing to the activities of the day hospital
• Ensuring continuity of care through on-call duties organised on an internal shift basis
• Participating in internal committees (CODIR, CME, etc.)

You will have access to polygraphy, particularly under NIV. Care is provided by a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, APA, speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychomotor therapists, music therapists, dieticians, social workers, etc.

Your profile:

With a EU Medical Degree in Respiratory Medicine, eligible for automatic recognition, you are looking for a human-sized organisation with a development project and a desire to work together in a collaborative manner with medical and healthcare professionals.

You want to work full-time or part-time and are looking for a permanent or fixed-term contract. The management team wants to maintain ongoing dialogue with the medical team and will be flexible.

Job terms and conditions:

• Attractive salary based on the scales of our FEHAP Federation: €104k - €118k (excluding on-call duty 1 week/month)
• Hiring bonus: €5k minimum
• 100m² accommodation at a preferential rate
